Return Policy

1) All our Customers are eligible to claim a full refund in case the Customer does not receive the product within a maximum of 9 working days from the date of accepted orders, for all deliveries within India.

2) Additionally, in case of products received in defective or damaged condition, Customers are eligible to claim a full refund provided the intimation of defect or damage is given to us on WhatsApp along with a photograph/video of the product clearly depicting the damage in its original packaging accompanied by a price tag and a proof of purchase.

3) The product must be unused & in the same condition as received.

4) The return should be initiated by the customer within 24 hours of receiving the order.

5) Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

6) Since our products are handmade, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased, Kindly refer to all the details and product pictures mentioned before placing an order. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be intimated for the same. We do not refund the amount; instead you have an option to exchange the product for same value or request for a credit note which would be valid for one year from the time of exchange approved.

7) ITEMS BOUGHT FROM THE STOCK CLEARANCE OR SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE.

8) We strive to ensure that all our products are carefully handcrafted and quality checked, a manufacturing defect may pass unnoticed in a rare case. In such a case, please WhatsApp us with an image/video of the defective piece and description of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your order and we would be happy to replace the product. This is also applicable for instances where the piece has got damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect order.

9) Minor variations from piece to piece are the prized characteristics of making every piece by hand. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect. Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.

10) Some types of items cannot be returned, like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and products on sale or gift cards.
